Jay has been an active member of the Journey II Fit community in Lakewood, CA since 2019.
The value of cardiovascular health was something that Jay personally struggled with for years. However, he joined the community at Grit Cycle and has been active multiple times per week since 2023
Jay has also studied martial arts since 2012. After spending numerous years studying under Sifu Paula Wong in New York, Jay has started practicing Wing Chun under the guidance of Sifu Bryan Talbot at West Coast Wing Chun.
